New Satellite Sisters Show Friday March 21
Today's show is posted on our website (click here to listen right now) and at iTunes. Highlights include:
- Sheila reveals her new secret career. What is she up to?
- Liz has had it with gubernatorial sex lives. She just doesn't care, until she hears the details which ARE kind of oddly fascinating.
- Lian loves Sir Paul's divorce lawyer. And her new hair-do.
- And in Entertaining Sheila: A review of Married Life with Pierce Brosnan

Ok, ladies. Listening right now and loving this episode! The banking crisis is verrrry scary, isn't it? You have to feel so sorry for all of those "lesser workers" in these companies who have lost so much! Did you see the panel of CEO's on CNN in front of, I think Congress, answering why, although their companies tanked, they managed to walk away with tens of Millions! Nice work if you can get it, huh?!
Love that Fiona Shackleton, too! Class act! (In the US, there would have been a cat fight with hair pulling, I'm sure! LOL!)
And yes, Heather Mills is certifiable, Liz.
And yes, we here in the Empire State are just a teeny weeny bit embarassed at our "goobeners" and their less than stellar attitudes toward, oh, the Sanctity of Marriage! Whatever you do in your spare time is none of anybody's business, but criminy! Can ya keep it in your pants for ANY period of time? And Hello?!, do not spend government money on it! Duh!
Enjoy your Easter holiday, sistas!

Hi! So delighted that you are now doing 3 original podcasts a week! I download them from I-tunes and then burn them to a CD, which I can listen to in my car. It's just like old times, when I had the Sisters on as I did my errands. Wanted to let you know that I can't find the 3 most recent podcasts on I-tunes! They seem to stop at 3/14. Am I missing something?

Sheila, I don't want to spoil your news for anyone who hasn't listened yet, but I will say this--what a perfect set up for you!! I'd pay, that's for sure.
Another great show sisters! I hope that Monica is feeling better soon.

Lian,
I'm just listening to Wed's show and I also knew a Candy Apple. She hated it too.

Sheila,
When you are in New York for the Gracie’s in May you should get booked at a club then your East Coast fans can come see you (even though I live in the Midwest I will be on the East Coast in May). Heck all of the Sisters should make an appearance. That would be exciting :)

A note to Adrienne. My itunes seemed to be doing the same thing and I realized the shows were loading into the "music" folder and not in the "podcast" folder. I don't know why but that's were mine are, maybe you could try clicking your music folder to check? Good luck. Don't want to miss any shows!

Sheila,
I don't frequently comment, but I had to let you know that my mom and I have been saying for ages now that you should get into comedy! You are so incredibly funny. Good for you!

Sheila,
I think you should take as career guidance, mentoring from Joy Behar of The View who began her standup act late in life. She's far more political than I like these days, but in the beginning she was great fun. I think you should consider entering the annual women comedians contest that Joy sponsors on The View.

I agree with Liz regarding the sex lives of elected officials. As long as they are not misspending tax dollars, I don't care. What I find interesting about the Spitzer case is that no one has seemed to mention the impact on his children. I'm not sure of their ages, but imagine going to school the next day after that fiasco!
